Delete your account

LINN - Diamond Shop, published by Noob Dance, provides an in-app account deletion option and an email request path if you can no longer access the app.

Delete immediately in the app

  1. Sign in to LINN - Diamond Shop.
  2. Open Profile and choose Delete account.
  3. Read the notice, confirm, and choose Delete permanently.

An order that is still being delivered must finish or be resolved first so a paid delivery is not lost.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address used for your LINN - Diamond Shop account. Use the subject “Delete my LINN - Diamond Shop account” and include only that account email address. Never send a password, payment PIN, or one-time code.

Email a deletion request

We may ask you to verify account ownership. Verified requests are normally completed within 7 days.

What is deleted

  • Firebase sign-in account and customer profile
  • Wallet balance, order history, and payment records stored by the app
  • Rewarded-ad, referral, and manual top-up records associated with the account

Messages or payment evidence already delivered to support may be retained only where needed for payment verification, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, or another legal obligation, then deleted or minimized.
